What training are you doing at ACTIA IME?
Since August 2024, I have been training as a personnel services clerk at ACTIA IME. Here I get the chance to get a taste of all areas of HR.
What do you like about working for us?
I really appreciate the diversity and variety in the HR department at ACTIA. The different tasks always make the work exciting. The collaboration with my colleagues, who are always ready to help, is particularly great.

Why are you at ACTIA IME / What is your job?
As Key Account Manager, I look after the company’s key accounts in Germany and abroad. I am the contact person for customer concerns, but I also take care of the development and expansion of business activities. I am also responsible for customer satisfaction.
What do you like about working for us?
I particularly like the international environment and working with customers. The atmosphere among colleagues also contributes to a pleasant working atmosphere. Flat hierarchies and communication at eye level, also at international level, make work easier.
