ACTIA IME GmbH is a subsidiary of the ACTIA Group in France. The Group has more than 4,000 employees and has been successfully active for 40 years in the fields of vehicle communication, workshop diagnostics, energy storage technology, and onboard and control electronics. Through its innovative products and market-oriented approach to research and development, the ACTIA Group has established an international presence. ACTIA IME GmbH combines hardware and software development, onboard electronics, and intelligent vehicle diagnostics to create comprehensive mobility solutions.

New Name, Strong Identity
ACTIA I+ME is now ACTIA IME. This new name reflects the company’s long-standing tradition while clearly focusing on the future, and it strengthens its affiliation with the international ACTIA Group.
Realignment for the Future
With the appointment of Maik Luschtinetz as managing director, ACTIA I+ME is charting an important course for the future. At the same time, the BAT business unit is spinning off as ACTIA Power Germany, further strengthening the company’s strategic focus.

Growth with a New Location
To meet growing demands, ACTIA I+ME is moving into its new corporate headquarters at Dresdenstraße 17/18 in Braunschweig. The location offers ideal conditions for further growth and the development of innovative technologies.

For the first time, an innovative solution for the digital storage of video data is being implemented in buses. The project is a significant addition to the fields of safety, transparency, and modern vehicle monitoring.
Development of the world’s first diagnostic PC with a touchscreen
With the BOP (Best of Protection) project, ACTIA I+ME is leveraging its technological expertise to enter the public transit sector. System Supplier for Mercedes-Benz
ACTIA I+ME was awarded a major development contract by Daimler-Benz AG due to its innovative diagnostic concept. The development of a comprehensive VCI concept—spanning from the development environment to the workshop—marked an important milestone and laid the foundation for the company’s core business today.
