In the event of a negative credit check result, we reserve the right to refuse payment on account or any other advance payment.<br\/>If we obtain your express consent, the legal basis for the credit report and the transmission of the customer\u2019s data to the credit agencies is the consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a, 7 GDPR. Data transfer to a third country<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to process service orders, we may transmit the contact details of contact persons in third countries so that fast and smooth processing can be guaranteed.
